In the bar, as in the restaurant, recipes are always made from fresh products processed on site and cooked according to the culinary rules, according to the name “homemade”.
A requirement rewarded, in August 2012, by the title of “Maître-Restaurateur” issued by the Ministry of SMEs, Trade and Handicrafts aiming at recognizing the excellence of the best professionals of the traditional catering, valuing their competence as well than their commitment to quality.
The bar, it is also the conviviality of the end of day which is prolonged around a good glass of wine accompanied by a slate of cold meats or cheeses between friends or colleagues, at tight prices. Our wine bar offers a choice of wines by the glass, pitcher (50 cl or 33 cl) or bottle, carefully chosen by Alain Fontaine, graduate of the University of Suze-la-Rousse.
