Restaurant Le Mesturet, under the leadership of its chef, revisits the great classics of French gastronomic heritage. His secret? Spices and herbs, which infuse his dishes with subtle flavors. Pink berries, pepper, tarragon, sage, romain, parsley, garlic, ras-el-hanout, sweet pepper, saffron, muscat … perfumes dress the palate with their delicate aromas … from starter to dessert.
The dishes proposed à la carte are imagined by Alain Fontaine and Régis Fève, with a common signature: the traditional family kitchen. Alain Fontaine explains: “With Régis, the chef, to develop a new map, we define a theme and then we draw on our childhood memories, because both of us were lucky enough to have grown up with mothers. and excellent grandmothers who have aroused our taste buds and honed our greed. “
The recipes are always made from fresh products processed on site and cooked according to the culinary rules, according to the name “homemade”.

This traditional bistro, changes its menu three times a year, to the rhythm of seasonal fruits and vegetables, and offers all year round its legendary recipes: aubergine grilled with tomato and fresh goat cheese, veal blanquette à la old rice pilaf and onions and Paris-Brest.
To accompany your favorite dishes, restaurant Le Mesturet offers a varied wine list, with over a hundred wines to choose from. From Grand Cru Classé to small producer’s wine, Alain Fontaine, a graduate of the University of Suze-la-Rousse, always has the same quality requirements. Make your choice, Le Mesturet offers bottled wine, pitcher * (50 cl and 33 cl) and glass (14 cl).
